Items that are not in stock will be made for you in our sewing shop after the order is placed. These garments are therefore considered custom orders. In the event of a return, we offer a refund exclusively in the form of a Räuberkinder voucher.
Delivery time:
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, we ship the goods within 3 - 5 business days after your product has been completed. The production time is indicated in the item description in the shop.
DHL does not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
